Refund Policy

Pro subscription payments are handled by Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record for Formwrapper. Dodo, not Formwrapper, charges your card, issues your invoice, and handles applicable tax — so refunds are processed by Dodo as well.

Refund window

If you are not happy with Pro, write to hello@formwrapper.com within 14 days of being charged and we will request a full refund from Dodo on your behalf. Refunds requested after 14 days are considered case by case.

Cancelling instead

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not itself trigger a refund for the current period. See our Terms of Service for how cancellation timing works.
