Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Formwrapper. By signing in, you accept them. Formwrapper is in beta and free to use while we build it.

The service

Formwrapper lets you design forms and publish them at a shareable link. Responses are written to a Google Sheet created in your own Google Drive. A Google account is required, because the Sheet belongs to you.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else is using your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Formwrapper to:

• Collect passwords, payment card numbers, or government identification numbers.
• Impersonate another person or organisation, or build a form designed to deceive people about who is collecting their data.
• Send spam, phishing links, or unlawful content.
• Break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or violate Google's terms of service.
• Attack, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may suspend or remove forms and accounts that breach these rules.

Pro subscription

Formwrapper offers an optional paid Pro plan, billed monthly or annually through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not end your current billing period early — Pro features remain available until the period you already paid for ends, and your plan then reverts to Free. Pro unlocks email features, including auto-reply to respondents. We may suspend or disable email features for any account we reasonably believe is being used to send spam, phishing, or other abusive content, without affecting the rest of the account.

Your data belongs to you

You own your forms and every response they collect. Responses are stored in your own Google Sheet, not on our servers. If you stop using Formwrapper, you keep all of it.

Beta: no guarantees

Formwrapper is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. During beta in particular:

• There is no uptime or availability guarantee. The service may be unavailable, and submissions may fail.
• Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and we may discontinue the service.
• You should not rely on Formwrapper as the sole record of critical data. Your Sheet is the record — keep it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Formwrapper is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost responses, lost profits, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continuing to use Formwrapper after a change means you accept it.
